It’s been a year now since we purchased our Forest River from Roys. Now I think I can leave an honest review after having dealt with both the rig and Roys over the past year.

First off, I know that Forest River isn’t the top of the line manufacturer in RV’s, and like any new RV there would be some issues discovered with use.

At purchase, Roy’s did a full walk through of the RV and systems with us, included a starter kit with everything needed to get going RV camping and testing all the systems. Everything seemed to function.

With use, we discovered some manufacturing problems over the past year that were pretty crucial to the operation of the RV. Roys bent over backwards to address all the issues we found under the manufacturers warranty.

The service department at Roys were easy to work with, addressed all the issues and made those issues right. They were beyond helpful and extremely friendly! As a member of Forest River Owners Group on Facebook I have read about other RV dealers and how horribly that they have treated their customers; Roys is head and shoulders above these other dealers and they will continue to get ours and my families business exclusively!

“I’ve only had the pleasure (so far) to deal with the Service Department at Roy’s; we actually purchased an RV out of state a couple of years ago. I had contacted Roy’s Service Dept last fall (2017), when everyone close to me turned me away because I didn’t buy from them. “We purchased a Jayco TT from Roy’s earlier this year even though our own local Jayco dealer is 150 miles closer (they carry a poor reputation for follow-up service). This turned out to be a wise decision. After taking our new Jayco on a 4,000-mile trip to Wyoming & back we had a few minor warranty items to be repaired. We took the trailer to Roy’s, dropped it off, & picked it up the next day. The technician walked me through the repairs, they even had a ladder set up so I could look at a roof repair on the slideout. We have purchased several RV’s over our many years of camping. Roy’s is by far the best experience yet. We would not hesitate for one second to purchase another from Roy’s. Hats off to Jayco for building a great unit & also to Roy’s for their professionalism in representing Jayco.”
